We are writing to inform you of some important changes taking place regarding AR Rhodes & Co/Rhodes Wool.
We have decided to sell the business and the premises at Edinburgh North.
This marks the end of an era for us and it was a difficult decision to make.
We are pleased to announce the business will be taken over by another established family run business, Fox and Lillie who have decided to set up here in South Australia. The business will be located at: –
89 Ninth Avenue, Woodville North SA 5012
Fox and Lillie are going to continue to core in Adelaide from their new premises.
This transition marks an exciting new chapter, and we are pleased to share that Michael, John, Brett and Rhys will continue to be actively involved. Michael, John and Brett will spend their time visiting growers and providing in-store advice and support. Rhys will be running the new wool store at Woodville North.
This means continuity and commitment to quality service and expertise that you have come to accept will not change.
Our final day of receivals at 16 Hewittson Road, Edinburgh North will be Friday 15th May 2026
